Experienced Attorneys
Experienced attorneys must complete 24 hours of accredited continuing legal education during each biennial reporting cycle. 4 credit hours must be in ethics and professionalism. The other credits may be in a combination of the following categories: ethics and professionalism, skills, practice management or areas of professional practice. The biennial reporting cycle is the two year period between the dates of submission of the attorney's registration statement. Experienced attorneys with more than 24 credit hours in any one reporting cycle may apply up to 6 credit hours to the next biennial reporting cycle.

As an Accredited CLE Provider, ACE is pleased to announce that our audiotapes may be used to satisfy any part or all of the CLE requirements of experienced attorneys. Use of these recordings does NOT qualify for CLE credit for newly admitted attorneys within the first two years after their admission (see the next paragraph).

When you purchase any ACE audiotape, we will also send you verification forms which will be necessary to complete. As you listen to each tape you merely attest to the fact that you listened to the program. There is also a "tape code" embedded in each NEW course which must be placed on the verification form, but there are NO EXAMS required. Return these forms to us, and if properly completed, we will send you a certificate verifying the number of CLE credits earned.

Note: The CLE forms for accreditation we send you will be made out specifically to the indivdual whose name appears on the registration form submitted when the tapes are purchased. A separate registration form for separately purchased tapes must be completed for each individual in order to receive CLE credit.
