Interlaw News: Annual Survey Results

Each year, and for the past decade, Interlaw Contacts are sent a questionnaire that surveys referral activity and member satisfaction for the previous fiscal year. Both the number of referrals and the revenue they generate are tracked so that the Board and Secretariat can make an informed assessment of the network's effectiveness, and if necessary, make appropriate modifications and adjustments. Regional Views: Europe/Middle East/Africa: Commodity Legal Services in the UK Market
by: John Urquhart, Morton Fraser Direct (Edinburgh
)

In recent years, a whole new area of legal practice has developed in the UK to service high volume process-driven work, principally emanating from the banking and insurance sectors.
