The
Washington Post has called Steve Zikman "the man
who wrote the book on wanderlust." Born and raised in
Canada, Steve left behind a successful law practice in Toronto
to fulfill his dream of setting out on a three-year, around-the-world
journey. To date, he has ventured through more than 50 countries
on six continents.
Steve's travels have allowed him to trek the Himalayas, welcome the sunrise over the Amazonian jungle, scramble across erupting lava fields in Zaire, and meet with two of the most fascinating figures of our times--Nelson Mandela and Mother Teresa.
Steve is also the author of The Power of Travel: A Passport
to Adventure, Discovery and Growth and Doing Good for
Goodness' Sake, and co-author of the best-selling series
titles Chicken Soup for the Traveler's Soul and Chicken
Soup for the Nature Lover's Soul. A member of the American
Society of Journalists & Authors (ASJA) and the Collage Artists
of America, Steve is also a certified self-esteem facilitator.
Through "Journeys for Attorneys," Steve brings the
power of travel to law firms as a tool for inspiration, connection
and increased career satisfaction.
